The Role

This Corporate is seeking a Senior Venture Builder to join its team. This pivotal role involves sourcing and evaluating new venture opportunities, developing investment theses, and supporting portfolio companies. The ideal candidate is a passionate venture professional eager to identify emerging trends and collaborate in building impactful businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of a unique sub-thesis aligned with the company’s investment strategy.
• Identify market trends, technologies, and dynamics to refine and expand investment themes.
• Source new investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and founder outreach.
• Collaborate with the Finance Lead on due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market assessments, and competitive research.
• Provide strategic and operational support to portfolio companies, assisting in investment rounds, recruiting, scaling operations, and product strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of managing investments in early-stage companies.
• Familiarity with software development, AI/ML, or product management.
• Extensive network within software, AI, and startup communities.
