The Role
As a (Research) Consultant Executive Search at The Headhunter Group, you are responsible for identifying, recruiting, and selecting qualified professionals within the Finance & Investment Management sector for permanent positions. You play an essential role in matching talented candidates with the needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients and candidates to achieve successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
As a (Research) Consultant you will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and approach potential candidates within the Finance & Investment Management sector through various sources, such as networking, databases, and online platforms.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate the skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, developing an understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the selection process.
- Negotiate contract terms and guide the placement process until the successful onboarding of the candidate.
- Stay informed about developments within the Finance & Investment Management sector and use this knowledge to optimally advise clients and candidates.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in resourcing/research, executive search, or recruitment within the Finance & Investment Management sector, preferably focused on permanent positions.
- Basic knowledge of the Finance & Investment Management sector, including job profiles, market trends, and required skills is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record in building relationships and delivering excellent service.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
