The Headhunter Group is looking for a Director Transaction Services to join PwC within their Corporate Finance team. So are you an experienced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professional ready to lead and make an impact at one of the world’s leading professional services firms? 

 

Job Description

As a Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving business development and increasing PwC’s market share in FDD.
  • Leading FDD engagements from origination to execution.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with private equity and corporate clients.
  • Providing mentorship to FDD professionals, fostering an inclusive and high-performance team culture.
  • Generating €1-2m in annual fees through independently sourced engagements.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging PwC’s full capabilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a proven track record in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) with 10+ years of experience, ideally within Big Four firms or a mix of FDD and M&A experience in private equity or corporate environments. 
  • Is viewed as a senior-level professional, establishing immediate credibility within our team and the external marketplace.
  • Brings a valuable portfolio of clients and contacts within the market.
  • Possesses 5+ years of management experience, mentoring professionals and leading teams effectively.
  • Is a team player with strong commercial acumen, and able to set the example and lead the team in a professional manner.
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Is fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).
  • Has business acumen and strong financial and reporting skills, and is able to leverage PwC’s excellent reputation for success.
  • Can show a proven track record of successful transactions (deal value ranging from EUR 50-500m) in which they played a leading role.
