Nitin is the founder of The Headhunter Group, leading the company but also hands-on leading the Private Equity, (Corporate) Finance, and Corporate Development practice. Passionate about empower clients and creating life changing impact, he helps Finance & Investment Management professionals advance their careers. With extensive experience in Financial Services and Executive Search, Nitin is a respected industry expert with a vast network. Known for his speed, persuasiveness, and practical approach, he guides professionals and organizations towards the best match.

Nitin Pabbi

Founding Partner
Vincent has a background in executive recruitment, previously serving as a Key Account Manager in an international firm. He specializes in sourcing niche talent within Financial Services, Energy, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. With experience in corporate recruitment at a top-tier consulting firm, Vincent transitioned into an entrepreneurial role at The Headhunter Group. He now focuses on expanding the business by establishing a Contracting desk for freelance Finance & Investment Management professionals.

Jorrit is completing his master’s in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft. Initially the Head of Strategy & Market Mapping, he now works as a Research Consultant. He manages recruitment for junior roles, supports client relations, and assists in strategic decision-making. His background in Private Equity and strong analytical skills make him an asset in optimizing recruitment processes.
