The Headhunter Group is looking for an Interim Accountant to join a leading organization in the Investment Management sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join an Amsterdam based real estate investment management company with an equity commitment that exceeds €2 Billion. Our client invests on a global basis in majority-controlled real estate investment operating companies.

The Role

As Accountant you will provide support to the finance department by performing day-to-day accounting tasks. Depending on your experience level you will also provide assistance in other financial controlling and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording of incoming invoices, expense reports, preparation of payments batches, processing of banks statements and performing bank reconciliations
• Preparation of invoices and processing intra-group recharges
• Accounts receivable and payable management
• Perform GL- accounting for holding and management entities including quarterly closing procedures
• Payroll processing and VAT reporting

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Demonstrated advanced analytical capabilities
• Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
• English speaker, Dutch is an advantage.

Rate & Start date

• Mid November
• Hourly rate: to be discussed  
• Duration: 6-8 Months with possible extension
